    SAVARY  SHORES 

Savary Shores  Improvement District was subdivided in the early 1970s.

It has two main distinctions from the other subdivided parts of The Island.

Lots are wider ( typically 70 to 80 feet wide) than the 50ft prevalent elsewhere.

most significant it has Savary's only community water system.

Most Waterfront lots have title to the high water mark.

Turn right coming off the dock , follow the road up the hill and you enter Savary Shores.

The subdivision comprises about 220 lots ,

It has been home to 'Downtown Savary' The Restaurant , Store, Bike Rental, Church, Gas Depot & Hacienda Pascalito.

Lot 224 ( the original number of lots ) is 17 acres of Crown land

There are beach paths to the South Side at Manahan Road & Primrose Lane ( both ends of Patricia Crescent) Also Phyllis Road.

The water system is governed by 3 elected Trustees.
