Selling on Savary
Your Property
Deserves A Specialist.
Savary is unlike any other real estate market in BC. It takes someone who understands it from the inside to price it right, find the right buyers, and close with confidence.
Why It Matters
This market is unlike anywhere else in BC.
Limited Annual Volume
Savary isn’t a market with hundreds of sales every year. With relatively few properties changing hands, every sale matters, and understanding the details behind those sales is just as important as the numbers themselves.
Local Knowledge Matters
From water systems and access to zoning, bylaws, and seasonal considerations, there are countless factors that influence a property’s value on Savary. Understanding the island goes far beyond reading a listing.
A Unique Buyer Pool
People don’t stumble across Savary by accident. Buyers come here for a specific lifestyle, and knowing how to connect with those buyers can make all the difference when it comes time to sell.

Three Markets.
Because Savary has a relatively small number of sales each year, we use rolling medians instead of single-year snapshots. This provides a clearer and more accurate picture of market trends over time.
Consistent positive growth since 2021. Can be volatile short-term but the long-term direction is clearly upward.
Brief slowdown following Covid in 2022 and 2023, followed by renewed growth in 2024 and 2025. The most stable segment overall, with fewer sharp highs and lows and strong long-term resilience.
Growth is generally steady, with the occasional pause, but waterfront properties continue to hold their value. Each slowdown has historically been followed by a recovery.
What is your Savary property worth?
No obligation. No pressure. An honest, informed valuation from someone who knows this market better than anyone.
