About Savary Shores
Two things really set it apart: wider-than-usual lots, around 70 to 80 feet, and the island’s only community water system, run by three elected trustees through the Savary Shores Improvement District.
Yes, and it’s the only part of Savary that is. The Improvement District manages the shared system. You can find out more through the Savary Shores Water site or the District administrator.
This has long been “Downtown Savary.” The store, restaurant, bike rental, church, and gas depot have all been based here over the years, which makes it the most amenity-rich part of the island.
Most waterfront lots hold title to the high-water mark, and public beach paths reach the South Side at Manahan Road, Primrose Lane (both ends of Patricia Crescent), and Phyllis Road.
